I’m “Buck” — a rehab-led strength coach.
I work with people who want to train hard without breaking their bodies, or who are coming back from injury and don’t want to start from zero again.
This isn’t about chasing numbers, grinding through pain, or proving anything in the gym.
It’s about building strength that lasts.
Why I Train This Way
A lot of people come to me after they’ve been:
Injured by generic gym programming
Told to “just push through it”
Left confused about what they can safely do
Rehab-led strength training flips that thinking.
Instead of working around injuries, we train with awareness — adjusting load, movement, and progression so your body can rebuild properly.
Strong doesn’t have to mean broken.
Who I Work With
I train people who:
Have old injuries, pain, or ongoing niggles (Pre and Post Op) and sports specific conditioning.
Experience supporting people returning to movement after stroke or neurological events.
Want to return to training safely after time off.
Care about how their body moves, not just how it looks.
Want coaching, not crowds.
If you want someone watching your movement, adapting sessions, and helping you build confidence again — you’re in the right place.
What You Can Expect
Thoughtful, individualised programming & functional training.
Coaching that adapts to your body, not the other way around.
Progress that’s steady, intentional, and sustainable.
A space without ego or pressure.
You’ll know why you’re doing - what you’re doing — and how it supports your long-term strength.
What This Isn’t
This isn’t:
A bootcamp
A quick-fix transformation
A “no pain, no gain” environment
If you want reckless training or hype-driven fitness culture, this probably isn’t the right fit.
If you want to feel capable, strong, and confident again — it is.
Train With Purpose
If you’re ready to train smarter and rebuild strength you can trust, I’d love to work with you.
